On Deck - SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

That's right Lion Nation... the 2010 Southland Conference Baseball Championship will be decided right here in Hammond at "The Pat" on Thursday (6:00pm), Friday (6:00pm), and Saturday (2:00pm) as our Lions Swing for the Ring against in-state rival Northwestern State.

Witness history in your own backyard as the Lions set out to win their first ever Southland Conference baseball title...do you really want to miss the dog pile?  Be sure to bring those cowbells and other noise makers as "The Pat" will be rock'n this weekend.  There is not a Division I college baseball game within a 65 mile radius of Hammond that will determine a conference championship..so come on out to the park and root root root for the Lions.
