Senior RHP Brandon Efferson has been named Southland Conference Pitcher of the Week for his performance on Friday night against UTSA.
Efferson was dominant in his 3 hit complete game shutout in the Lions 6-0 victory, where he struck out nine Roadrunners. The Zachary, LA native retired the final 13 batters he faced earning his 3rd win of the season.
