Chris Franklin
In his first career start on the mound for Southeastern, Franklin tossed a complete-game four-hitter and helped the Lions to an 11-3 win at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Sunday … allowed three hits in the first two innings before allowing two base runners (one hit, one error) the rest of the way … retired the final 12 batters he faced … is 5-4 on the season with a 2.84 earned run average and seven saves.
Chris is a General Studies Major and is the 6th SLU baseball player to be recognized as the Male Athlete of the Week this season.
