Inside Lions Baseball has named Brock Hebert and Ryan Boudreaux as the Players of the Week for Week 7 of the 2010 season.

Hitter of the Week - Freshman 2B Brock Hebert
Hebert hit safely in all four games for the Lions this week as he hit .357 with a 2B, RBI, and 4 runs scored. He also scored a run in 3 of the 4 games. The South Terrebonne High product highlighted his week by going 2-3 with a 2B, 2 runs scored and walk in the Lions 3-2 victory over Tulane.

Pitcher of the Week - Senior RHP Ryan Boudreaux
Boudreaux earned his third win of the season in a 3-2 victory over Tulane on Tuesday night, where he shut down a hot hitting Green Wave team that entered the game hitting .317 as a team. The Gonzales, LA native pitched 8 solid innings giving up 2 runs on 7 hits. He walked one and hit one batter. Boudreaux clamped down on the highly touted middle of the Wave order as he held their 3, 4, 5, & 6 hole hitters to a combined 1-14.
