The #23 ranked SLU Lions continue their 8 game home stand with a Tuesday night match-up against SWAC member Alcorn State. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 pm.
SLU enters the game coming off of a SLC series win over Texas-Arlington this weekend. The Lions are 8-1 in mid-week match-ups this season and are 6-1 against SWAC opponents, having beat Southern, Mississippi Valley State, Jackson State twice, and Texas Southern twice. Their lone loss was the 3rd game of a weekend series against Texas Southern. SLU has outscored their SWAC opponents by a combined score of 73-24.
